Resident Portal Login

All First Lock residents manage their tenancy through a secure online resident portal. From any device, you can pay rent, submit general and maintenance requests, and access copies of your lease and tenant documents.

New here? When you move in, you'll receive resident portal access along with a welcome guide that includes your contact information and instructions for paying rent.

  • Pay rent online.
  • Submit general requests and maintenance requests.
  • Access lease copies and other tenant documents.

Pay Rent Online

Our Resident Portal makes paying rent quick, easy, and secure. Residents can make one-time payments or set up automatic recurring payments using a bank account or debit/credit card. The portal is available 24/7, allowing you to pay from anywhere, view your payment history, and manage your account anytime.

Having trouble paying? Sometimes even the best residents run into an unexpected financial setback. If that happens, reach out to us right away — we work with our residents and can connect you with local aid agencies that may be able to help.

Submit a Maintenance Request

For routine, non-emergency repairs, log in to your resident portal and use the maintenance request link to submit a work order. Our team coordinates the repair with one of our trusted, licensed contractors and keeps you updated on the timeline through the portal. For non-emergency requests, the assigned vendor will reach out to coordinate with you within 24 business hours.

For emergencies that cannot wait, such as a flood or no heat, our team is available 24/7. After any repair is completed, we follow up with you to make sure the work was done correctly.

New Residents: Moving In

Before move-in day, a few items need to be in place.

  • Your lease agreement is signed and executed.
  • Utilities and services (water, gas, electricity, etc.) are switched into your name.
  • Your first month's rent and security deposit are paid.
  • A current copy of your renters insurance is on file.

Settling In

Once you're set, you'll receive your new keys, resident portal access, and a welcome guide with everything you need to settle in. We're committed to providing safe, clean, and well-maintained homes to all of our residents.

Pets & Service Animals

Pet policies are set on a property-by-property basis, and many of our homes consider pets case by case. When you apply, you will be asked to list any pets that will live in the home, including number and size. Where pets are approved, the pet deposit varies on a case-by-case basis.

Service animals for individuals with disabilities are not considered pets under federal law. We do not charge a deposit for service animals, and applicants who rely on them are evaluated using the same income, credit, and rental-history criteria as every other applicant.

Moving Out

When you are ready to move on, here is what to expect. After you vacate the home, we complete an inspection of the property. In line with Pennsylvania law, you will be notified of any repair charges and the disposition of your security deposit within 30 days of move-out.

Looking for Your Next Home?

Browse our available rental properties, and if you have a question we did not cover, we aim to be available for our renters around the clock by phone, text, email, or through your resident portal.
